Lisa Alper-Russo ~ On a Personal Note...
Lisa was raised in this area with a bloodline connecting her to the local Real Estate industry: her grandfather Harry Goldberg was a builder, her father Larry Alper was a Commercial Real Estate Broker & her mother Ronnie Alper & sister Stacey Marchel still successfully sell residential property. She also has a strong sense of community. She recently served on a committee for Gilda's Club, a non profit organization for people living with cancer and as the co-chair & main sponsor for their 2003, 2004 & 2005 Annual Art Auction. Previously she served the Board of Directors for Margate JCC, the Board of Directors & named a Trustee for the Shore Mother's Association & is active with several various local projects & events throughout each year. She attended University of Miami & Florida International University & graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management. She lived in Las Vegas & worked for Mirage Resorts for seven years, where customer service and exceeding expectations was the norm. While there, Lisa wrote & published a well received book on Las Vegas employment. Lisa lives off-shore with husband Mike Russo & children Haley & Logan.

Heidi Anderson ~ On a Personal Note...
Heidi's background includes the Pharmaceutical & Hotel industries, where her goal has always been a commitment to professional service and positive results. Although Heidi is newer to this area, she is certainly not new to the world of buying & selling houses. Along with her husband Michael, who is a Hospitality Executive and currently a Vice President with Harrahs Corp, they have personally moved 8 times in 10 years. With each & every move, Heidi has established personal experience & unmatched knowledge in the sometimes overwhelming world of corporate relocating. A little unexpectedly, Real Estate became a passion and Heidi was hooked. Heidi worked with Lisa & Alper & Associates for over 3 years as the team's Buyer Specialist. It is with understanding & enthusiasm that she will handle your real estate transaction. Heidi, Michael and children Hanna & Jack now happily reside in Linwood and intend to stay put!
